CSA questions

What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture is a seasonal farm share. Members receive a box built from what the farm is harvesting that week.

How do I join?

Start on the waitlist at flockandfurrow.farm. The waitlist remains open and can change throughout the year. Selected households receive an email near the end of the year with a private enrollment link and code.

Does joining the waitlist guarantee a share?

No. Invitations are based on the capacity we are prepared to serve reliably for the next season.

How do payments work?

The annual price is set before invitations are sent. Invited members can pay the season in full or use four monthly payments. The 2027 pilot price is $0, while the enrollment process remains the same.

How long is the season?

The current operating model is eighteen weekly boxes.

Can I choose everything in my box?

No. The box follows what is ready. We do not harvest immature produce merely to make a planned box look tidy.

What happens when a crop fails?

We use backup crops and substitute from what is mature and available. Failures become data for the following season.

Where do I manage my membership?

After enrollment, member operations live at members.flockandfurrow.farm.
